Deposits are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival date.

Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit or credit card number.

Refunds on deposits for bookings are at the descretion of management and are dependant on ability to re-let the room.

All refunds are subject to a minimum R100.00 cancellation fee.

Receipt of your deposit assumes your agreement to these terms.
